If an issue arises, we will respond to as well as supervise any repair or services required. It’s like having your own home watch service – only we do it remotely. Here’s an example. Our monitoring sensors detect a water leak in the bathroom. We help determine the scale and scope and which approved service person(s) are needed. We then contact them (building maintenance, plumber, HVAC, electrician, CATV/DSS, handyman, movers, emergency personnel, etc) and arrange the service call. We then follow-up after service is done to verify the work meets our standards. Peace of mind for when your mind and body are elsewhere.
